廣式月餅是中秋節常見的傳統糕點，以皮薄餡多，花紋精緻和油潤甘香而聞名！

一直都想開廣式月餅班，今次特別設計左造型廣式月餅，－改傳統的形象，融合左傳統的元素去設計可愛的造型月餅，用料方面，我們的月餅沒有使用鹼水，花生油及糖漿。餡料方面，我們使用了低糖白蓮蓉，蓮蓉、紅豆沙及漏油的咸蛋黃，喜歡創新的你，－定不可以錯過呵！❤️❤️

課程教授：
1.  製作月餅餅皮
2.  餅皮調色技巧
3.  處理咸蛋的方法及焗製
4.  包餡技巧
5.  月餅壓模技巧
6.  教授製作可愛造型：
      - 月兔月餅2個（蓮蓉、蛋黃餡）
      - 月亮月餅2個（白蓮蓉、蛋黃餡）
      - 嫦娥月餅2個（紅豆沙、蛋黃餡）
7.  教授月餅焗製
8.  月餅保存方法及包裝
