中秋想搞搞新意思？或者想送特別一些的禮物俾親友作中秋禮物？中秋節馬卡龍就非常合適了，之前上過我們的馬卡龍班都知道我們是小甜配方，讓你零負擔俾一粒接着一粒咁食，而款式方面，我們設計左3個中秋款，分別係月兔、仿月餅及月圓，非常應節❤️❤️

課程教授：
1.  講解馬卡龍成功原理
2. 教授製作瑞式蛋白霜
3.  壓拌馬卡龍麵糊及調色
4.  教授如何製作造型馬卡龍外殼（月兔、仿月餅、月圓）
5. 教授怎樣利用焗爐低溫使馬卡龍結皮
6. 馬卡龍烘焗
7.  裝飾馬卡龍
7.  製作馬卡龍內餡
      - 月兔馬卡龍3件（草苺奶油霜）
      - 仿月餅馬卡龍3件（朱古力奶油霜）

1. 親子班為1大1小（小朋友為11歲或以下）費用：$460， 如需帶多1位（小朋友或大人）需加附加費$100即是合共$560共同製作1盒中秋節馬卡龍，如果想2位各做1盒需加$230即是合共$690共做2盒中秋節馬卡龍

2. 可组私人班，4大4小成班，最多可加至5大5小

3. 成人也可報名親子班時段

4.  因為旺季時間段有限，課程是成人及親子混合班

5.  如2位成人參加，需各自做一盒，即是$460+460 =$920
