新課程～水果冰皮月餅班🍑🍌

呢個唔係真水果呵！呢個係中秋水果冰皮月餅呀！像真度極高的水果造型，真的可以以假亂真，講起中秋節，一定小不了楊桃及富有柿啦！另外，蜜桃也是粉嫩粉嫩，小香蕉也維肖維妙！今早想送一些特別的月餅比親友，可以考慮自己親手整這水果月餅呵！特別之處係，這些月餅不是用模具製作，個個與別不同架！

這課程不需月餅模具，只需使用簡單和果子工具或塑型工具，自製冰皮外皮及3款口味内餡(奶皇, 綠茶及蜜桃餡), 4個水果款：楊桃（奶皇餡），香蕉（奶皇餡），蜜桃（蜜桃餡）及富有柿（綠茶餡），每款2個，共8個月餅

課程内容:
1. 教授製作冰皮月餅外皮
2. 教授製作3款口味内餡(奶皇，綠茶及蜜桃餡）
3. 教授製作月餅包餡方法，內暈染技法，三角棒，水果造型及塑型棒
4.  教授加入裝飾使水果像真性更高
