這課程不需月餅模具，只需使用簡單和果子工具或塑型工具，自製冰皮外皮及3款口味内餡(奶皇, 綠茶及櫻花餡), 4個花款：鬱金香（奶皇餡），牡丹花（奶皇餡），櫻花（櫻花餡）及繡球花（綠茶餡），每款2個，共8個月餅

課程内容:
1. 教授製作冰皮月餅外皮
2. 教授製作3款口味内餡(奶皇，綠茶及櫻花餡）
3. 教授製作月餅包餡方法，內暈染技法（單色，雙色，三色），三角棒，花朵造型，三角棒，塑型棒，花蕊，花瓣處理及葉子）
4.  教授加入裝飾包括花蕊及葉子
