Delivery Policy

Free Delivery 

  • Free shipping for orders upon spending over HKD$400 （total weight of the order limit to 2KG or below) 
  • Free shipping offer is not included any chilled products, butter and Korea bean paste.
  • For order excess 2KG, customer will need to pay the delivery fee on their own.

Note!：If the order have chilled products, butter, Korea bean paste, even order is over HK$400, customer needs to pick it up at the Kwun Tong shop
For orders over HK$400, the total weight of the order is excess 2KG, doesn't have any chilled products, butter, bean paste , customer will need to pay the delivery fee on their own.

All order will be ship by SF Express. Customers can choose the following methods by to collect the order:

  • SF Locker
  • SF Express - Service Center Pickup
  • SF Express - Pickup at SF Station
  • Direct delivery to office/residential address
  • Pick up at Kwun Tong shop (address: Room 1203, 12/F., World Interests Building, 8 Tsun Yip Lane, Kwun Tong) 
    Please make appointment before you come

Shipping Arrangements

After the order is successfully placed, under normal circumstances, after the order is fully paid, the product will be shipped within 10 working days. If the product is out of stock and cannot be shipped within 10 working days, we will contact you by phone or whatsapp.
